Eat Your Heart Out!

One of the very first pictures Reyes and I took together!
So today I want to share with all of you
a little somethin' somethin'
that has helped me get closer to one of my goals!
On January 1st, I weighed the most I have ever weighed.
So I set a goal to get back to the weight I was
when Reyes and I started dating.

Well I found something that has helped me fight the weight!
It is called the Eat Your Heart Out Diet!
Or AKA Satan Diet!
The Link to the Diet is....

This diet seems impossible and frightening,
but it works wonders!
I lost 8 pounds in one week on this diet,
totaling to 12 pounds since January 1st.
And my parents,
who did this week long diet with me,
lost just as much or more!

One of the hardest parts of the diet
is coming up with ideas for a variety of things to eat
when it seems you are so restricted.
So I thought it would be great to post an example menu
for anyone who wanted to try this diet!

** Please read everything on the link I posted above!!! Not only does the actual diet form have great information, but she answers a lot of questions that you might have in the "Updated F.A.Q's" Section! Otherwise, I am free to answer any questions! I am certainly not a nutritionist nor do I have any degree in health. My menu is strictly going by the Eat Your Heart Out diet!

We loved this diet so much that we are starting it again on Friday!
18 pounds to go!
For us, we are hoping that eating this way becomes a healthy lifestyle,
rather than a diet.

Good luck if you choose to accept this challenge!
